Description
Brix and Baume Refractometer. It can test sugar content (range up to 90% Brix), Baume and Water concentration. It is primarily for making honey but can also measure high sugar related liquids such as high sugar content jelly, jam and syrup to help monitor and control sugar concentrations in foods and beverages.
Application:
- Measure the percentage of Water Moisture, Brix and Baume level of honey and other high sugar related liquids
- Know ideal time for Maple Syrup production
- Have a better management on bee-keeping
